I help women who feel burnt out, lost in their roles, or stuck in people-pleasing remember who they really are and come back home to themselves.

I’m not here to fix you or tell you what to do, just hold your hand and remind you how strong you are.

Let’s do this.

Together.

Where Strong Women Remember Who They Are

My Story

For as long as I can remember, I lived for everyone else.

I was the dependable one. The peacekeeper. The woman who kept everything running smoothly at home and in life, even if it meant running myself into the ground.

On the outside, I looked strong and “fine”.
On the inside, I was exhausted.
I carried the invisible load, said yes when I wanted no, and silenced my own needs just to keep the peace.

By my 30s, something cracked open. I realized that surviving isn’t the same as living. I could list every hat I wore - I was a mom, a wife, a friend, someone you could always rely on - but when I asked myself, “Who am I, really?” I didn’t have an answer.

I felt like a stranger in my own life.

What I Do Now

I took everything I learned in that process and turned it into the Strong Women Project.

Now, I coach women who are ready to:

  • Set boundaries without guilt

  • Rebuild trust with themselves

  • Stop performing for everyone else

  • Remember the woman they were before they lost themselves in roles and expectations

The truth is actually very simple:
You don’t have to lose yourself anymore.
You get to come back home to who you really are.

Why It Matters

I know what it feels like to carry the weight of everything while secretly wondering, “Is this all there is?”

I know what it feels like to long for freedom, for joy, for a self you recognize again.

And I know the relief of finally realizing you don’t have to do it all, fix it all, or be it all to be worthy.

That’s why this space exists.
To give you the tools, the coaching, and the community to stop shrinking and start rising.

If you’re ready, let’s dive in. You’ve waited long enough.

The Unbecoming

That was my turning point.

I started peeling back the layers of guilt, obligation, and expectations.

I began saying no, setting boundaries, and listening to my own voice - even when it shook. (Which happened way more than I wanted it to…sometimes it still does!)

It wasn’t pretty or easy.

It was messy, uncomfortable, and often really lonely. But piece by piece, I started to feel like me again.

I realized I wasn’t broken. I was simply unbecoming everything the world told me to be, and becoming who I actually was.

Women are not broken - we’ve been buried.

Buried under expectations, invisible labor, and years of showing up for everyone but ourselves. My work isn’t about “fixing” you, you don’t need to be fixed. You just need to remember who you already are.

At The Strong Women Project, I keep it real. Sometimes that means raw honesty. Sometimes it’s a little sass (and maybe even a swear word or two). Always, it’s genuine, kind, and rooted in holding space for you to finally breathe, feel, and take yourself seriously again.

Coaching with me isn’t sugarcoated. I won’t hand you empty affirmations and send you on your way. Instead, I’ll walk beside you - celebrating your wins, calling you out (with love) when you’re playing small, and reminding you that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

My philosophy is simple: you don’t need to become someone new. You need to unbecome everything you were told you had to be.

Together, we’ll strip away the noise so you can stand in your truth, set boundaries that stick, and rise as the strongest, most unapologetic version of you.
